What we collect
When you fill in our enquiry form we collect your name, phone number, email address, the service you are interested in, your town or postcode and your message. We also note which page of the site you sent the form from.
If you phone, WhatsApp or email us, we receive whatever you choose to send, such as your number, messages and photos of your garden.
How we use it
We use your details only to reply to your enquiry, arrange a visit, give you a quote and carry out and follow up any work you ask us to do. We rely on your request for a quote (taking steps towards a contract) and our legitimate interest in running the business as the lawful bases for this.
We do not sell your details and we do not add you to a mailing list.
Who handles it for us
Enquiry form messages are sent by email to us and stored in an enquiry system provided by Atlas Web Partners, who build and look after this website for us. They process it only on our behalf.
The map on our site is provided by Google Maps and our fonts by Google Fonts, so Google may receive your IP address when those load. Links to WhatsApp, Google reviews and Checkatrade take you to those companies’ own sites, which have their own privacy policies.
Cookies
This website does not set its own cookies and does not use advertising or tracking cookies. The embedded Google map may set cookies of its own; see Google’s privacy policy for details.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiry details for as long as we need them to deal with your enquiry and any work that follows, and for as long as we are required to keep business records by law. After that they are deleted.
Your rights
You can ask us for a copy of the information we hold about you, and ask us to correct it or delete it. Contact us using the details above. If you are unhappy with how we have handled your information you can complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office (ico.org.uk).
